Alyce Adams

PhD, Research Scientist II and Chief of Health Care Delivery and Policy, Division of Research, Kaiser Permanente Northern California

Dr. Adams' work has focused on the determinants of suboptimal use of potentially beneficial health care services among disparities populations, including racial differences in medication adherence and the impact of changes in health policy on access to high quality health services and health outcomes for vulnerable patients. Dr. Adams is a member of the Kaiser Permanente Disparities Working Group, Co-Lead for the Outreach and Collaborations Core of the HMO Cancer Research Network, and member of the NIH Health Services Organization and Delivery study section.

Dr. Adams is a Co-Investigator on the CHARM Training Core, Dr. Adams will participate in curicular design in the third year, will teach in subsequent years, serve as a career mentor and provide advice on overall strategy for the Training Core throughout all years.
