The English versions of the PSAs for Youth Speaks poets Monica Mendoza and Yosimar Reyes’ poems were screened two hours ago – hot off the presses - at the Healthy Beverage Summit in LA.  Monica and Yosi were also in attendance and performed their pieces. The Bigger Picture presentation was attended by approx. 200 stakeholders from all over the country that convened to combine efforts to decrease SSB (sugar-sweetened beverage) consumption and increase awareness about the impact SSB have on health.
